you can always make the band tougher...by wrapping it once...or by stepping further away from where it is anchored... be safe...
Ahmad you make those chin ups look so easy!! I have my chin up bar and practiced this morning after you posted this video. I have to develop more upper body strength. I mean real strength!! I am setting good chin ups as one of new goals. I am going to do it..you wait and see. As usual you look great..you rock!!~ sheshe

When I make these clips I am always thinking in my head of what will challenge you...super woman! Yeah I have not forgotten either about the program I am drafting for you... I see you are doing the t. training now...cool...it is great! I would love to see your video response to this...to make your pullup easier...you have to increase the bicep strength safely...

i was wondering if you can put up a list of some of that bomb diggity music you have in your videos. music plays a huge part of my workouts esp the jogging. thanks and keep on keeping on!
