2011-06-17 Wood Ducks Jump Day Inside View

Seventeen Wood Duck ducklings jumping, about 8 feet, from nest box. There are horizontal grooves cut into the wood (built in ladder) from the exit hole down to the nest. The ducks have a much easier time climbing that front wall than when they attempt to climb the side walls.
