I have this video and really enjoy it. This teacher is very good about helping one to understand both the physical and spiritual side of the dance. The moves are fun and she breaks them down so that even a newbie can enjoy the dance.

I must comment on "If you can walk- you can dance" from the video. Even if you can't walk you can dance. Even if you can't move you can visualize yourself dancing.

@trane608 You can! I used to dance in an African Dance company with several Mamas who were 50+. They were really good. Start slowly. Stretch DAILY & move daily. You can do it.
