This is total crap. Either she thinks shes good enough to cover a White Lies song (which she isnt) or she was made to do this and couldnt be bothered so shrieked her way through to the last note. She ripped this song apart threw the pieces on the floor then realised what she'd done so tried to stick them back together with her crappy voice. White Lies put meaning into their songs, La Roux doesnt.

she did this cover in live lounge like many other bands do different covers.
I for one am actually impressed that she managed to take this song and make it so much her own, it's really nothing like the original.. the simplicity and her pure voice makes this a worthy cover..
