She was drinking on the front porch to give herself an alibi, while Jersey (who she had paid) came in the back door and took the kid and phones, then tried to use one of the phones whilke mother was still sitting on the porch

@Gunny529D What is also sick is throwing people in jail with no charges and no conviction. That is called lawlessness. Your emotions don't trump U.S. law. You made up a scenario that may not have happened. That's why an investigation is going on.

@pumibel Sorry to jump in but the rest was in the box. The cops drained the rest to determin how much she really drank to compare it with a full unopened box. The cops have already confirmed that Nobody in that house ever met Jersey.

I feel like if my child was missing and I believed he was kidnapped I would be begging every interrogator/psychologist/hypn­otist... whoever to help me remember if anyone was stalking my family in the weeks prior. For example..... I went to the park last week -who who was there, was anyone watching us play, did any babysitters or the other kids notice someone watching or hanging around.

Their lack of cooperation is either ignorant or suspicious. I'm not sure which.

Just a thought here: I think Jersey was with Bradley for some reason, and something happened, and she does not want to admit to having Jersey (who is said to have drug involvement) in her house around her kids (and Jeremy's kids) doing who-knows-what while drinking and whatever else. Whatever they were doing, the baby either went missing or died while these things were happening. She only drank a quarter of the box, and her neighbor probably did not drink the other 3/4, so who drank the rest?
