@JesusFukingChrist01 - I had the privilege of participating in the Hastings Beatles Day event in 2004, and got to spend some time with Eric backstage and after the show. His performance was breathtaking. I returned next year and attended what I think was Eric's last public performance. He was quite ill then, but he was more focused and inside the music than anyone I've ever seen. It was amazing and heartbreaking at the same time.

the last time i spoke to eric before his death, he was playing this song at the beatles day in hastings 2004 ish (ironicly raising money for cancer support). i can still remember just feeling a huge chill running through me as he played this beautiful arrangement. he was a pure geneous on guitar and a fantastic person to to be in the presence off. R.I.P. Eric

a great musician and a good, honest, down to earth man.. it was my privilege to meet him on a few occasions when demonstrating Lowden guitars and at some of his concerts in the Uk.. hopefully some of you will consider BUYING his albums from his website and help support the wife and children his illness sadly took him away from at such a young age..
