Wu Wei Gung Fu - Training וו-ווי גונג-פו - אימונים

This short clip demonstrates the Wu Wei Gung Fu system: a martial art based on the original teachings of Bruce Lee in his Seattle era.

Founded by Prof. Joseph Cowles, one of Lee's first students in the United States, Wu Wei Gung Fu is based on non-classical elements and on a realistic approach to fighting. In the course of their training, which emphasizes physical fitness and the ability of effective spontaneous reaction, the students of the system learn striking techniques, defenses and footwork, holds and bars, trapping, grappling and the use of sharp and blunt weapons.

After Prof. Cowles' retirement, Eyal Koren was appointed Jo-Si, head of the system worldwide. He currently lives and trains in Israel.

וו-ווי גונג-פו, שיוסדה בידי פרופ' ג'וזף קאולס, מתלמידיו הראשונים של ברוס לי בארה"ב, מושתתת על אלמנטים לא-קלאסיים ועל גישה ריאליסטית ללחימה. האימונים בשיטה כוללים בין היתר עבודת ידיים ורגליים, בריחים והטלות, עבודת קרקע, לכידות, שימוש בכלי נשק חדים וקהים והתמחות בטווחי הלחימה השונים וכל זאת תוך דגש על כושר גופני גבוה ופיתוח היכולת לתגובה ספונטנית יעילה.

בינואר 2006, לאחר פרישתו של פרופ' קאולס, מונה אייל קורן לג'ו-סי - ראש השיטה העולמי. כיום הוא חי ומאמן בישראל.

to @theawakener7 . I'm just a baby in martial arts, so I won't argue with you, but I just wanted to say that I met a group of amazing athletes and people in the Wu-Wei.

I definitely saw no donkey.

Well, its not JKD. It's wu wei. Even though they suppose to be very much alike.
