We must outlaw police fraternities.

@whiteboypatrickkelly No, he was a panicky cop who made a dipshit criminally negligent mistake. And if you just get off your ass and do a little research, you will find that he absolutely informed authorities where to find him. When did you ever hear about a manhunt? The warrant was issued, police drove directly to his home. Seriously, this is all out there to discover with just a little effort, why wont people do it instead of making statements without facts?

@barstoolguru Except that he informed his attorney and every authority where to find him. He and his family were getting death threats, so he moved to Nevada, to his family home if not mistaken. If he were evading, he never would have told everyone where to find him! If you were the most hated man in Oakland, and your face was all over the news, would you stay in town?

they say "it's not clear what he is doing in Nevada" . any one else it would have been evading arrest but not a cop, Oo no he was heading for the coast -the east coast

well if he worked for bart in oakland CA I dont think he lived in nevada 1st off and second that was more like a joking gess, not fatcts for the history box budy. And 3rd Im not to sure your crying out loud going home and lawyer talk is true, eather way he was a lil bitch cop that killed a man cold blood and probly got probation or a slap on the rist becaus most judges are ex cops

@whiteboypatrickkelly Hiding? At his family home? After informing his lawyer and authorities of where to find him? He went HOME for crying out loud, he wasn't "hiding" in Nevada.

@Mr755134 A presumption of innocence applies in court, not with police. They were being questioned in an assault, and during so Grant assaulted two cops. There is no presumption of innocence there. Grant was ordered to stay seated, he kept getting up. They tried to cuff him, he resisted. There is no presumption of innocence when you are being arrested, otherwise they could never arrest you! You comply with the arrest, and you fight in court. That is where you are innocent until proven otherwise.

@jettech510 You ignorant fuck. I have ALWAYS said Grant did not deserve to die, Mehserle was criminally negligent and absolutely deserves prison time. I just will not abide lying, ignorant, clueless fucks spreading lies to further inflame an already terrible situation. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have never once defended Mehserle, only the truth. Everything I have said is 100% verifiable fact. All you have is suspicion and inuendo. Facts win, BS loses, you have nothing to contribute.
