HELP!, i turn on my computer this mourning and it goes to the sign in screen i sign in and after that everything stays black i can see my pointer on my laptop but nothing else i need some Help

try usind ctrl+alt+del and then, then type run program and write there explorer.exe

to fix it open task manager and start a new task called explorer.exe and it will all come back on.i hope you take my information properly. and to open task manager press ctrl-alt-delete (without the lines)
