You're a pretty decent drummer, how long you been playing? You need to work on your timing a little... but that's okay. Your cymbals sound kinda trashy, what type of hats do you have? I'm aware that camcorders tend to make cymbals sound trashy, your ride sounds good. For the ultimate kick drum sound, try the Evans Emad head. It comes with these different sized foam dampeners that ride on the beater side of the head. I have one and my kick, and it sounds like a fucking cannon!

Hey!Sorry for the late reply!Yes, you are right. I need to work on my tempo and buy new drum earphones(excuses...excuses)(tempo is my big flaw). You can find all stuff on my profile or my blog.I had been playing about 4 hours a week the last 10 years.more or less.I use a Canon Ixus 850 ;p.I'll try that Evans thing! Thkns a lot! Bye!Take care! X.

Thanks, my snare has been sounding really bad. It is just some cheap piece of crap.

I use Remo heads on both sides: "Coated Ambassador" on top and a thin "Batter Clear Ambassador" .I tune it all tight but old screws need constant tuning. I use the "star check" system for the screws. Just hit with the stick about 2cms of every screw and try to have the same tension in all of the screws (they have to "sound" equal) following a kind of "star" sequence. (Screw to opposite screw). X.

Also, you could use the Tama Tension Watch TW100 for a more precise tuning. Always keep all your screws and heads in good conditions. And keep all the screws with the same tension ("sound"). I hope this is more useful for you. Take care. X.

Your snare sounds good. How do you tune it.

hummm... Are you shure it sounds good?[I want a real good one for X-mas...;p]I think it's only the Tama "noise reductor???" [It's that black thing on top of the snare]. But my snare is all metalL, old, cheap and I tune it "on the fly" no technique at all...;P LOL! :D. Thks for your comments bud! Rock on! X.
