  • Your flexibility is good, no doubt thanks to your gymnastics. Your technique and balance needs a great deal of work !!! Your right leg looks better then your left. Pull your toes back when you side kick or you will break them. You should kick with your heel on a side kick. And as impressive as it may look, that Jean Claude Van Damn tap tap tap stuff is impracticle. Im only saying this because I think you have some skill and great potential. Keep practicing.

  • i like your kicks but try to keep the body up right instead of leaning to the side . or work on kicking low then as you get better start to raise your leg higher.
