5. I already explained this, but I guess you ignored it. If Marth counters MK's tornado and the counter droesn't HIT MK, then the next time either hit something, they will get EXTENDED HIT LAG of about an extra 20 frames or something. It's call "stun jacket" and works for marth countering and 'missing' some other moves (from 'wind boxes').
