XG-470 Gas Scooter with X-Can Exhaust

X-CAN INSTALLED!!!
scooter is insanely fast now, the acceleration is wicked the engine is loud, top end is a lot faster, it revvs more freely and a lot higher.

you are running kinda rich, it's smoking too much even after you warmed it up for a little bit, and it was bogging when it was at full throttle. Why did you adjust the high speed before you started riding, you don't have to do that every time you ride. Once should be enough

i knew it was running rich. it was having trouble staying running it was so rich so b4 taking it for a ride i was trying to lean it out a little.

very loudddd. like wake ppl up loud and makes me cringe whenever i ride it at night when people are sleeping i fear that im waking all of them up. but its pretty fast now. not really top end speed but really awesome acceleration

theres a ring pin around the shaft that cones out of the transmission casing that your sprocket attaches to. you may just need to get a new ring pin. i think thats what its called.

This scooter is not fully assembled when sold that the manufacturer does not state. 3 reasons why.

1.) brake is adjusted too close to wheel

2.) motor has really small screws

3.) chain does not bend to the required half-inch

It is also not made properly. The battery shouldnt be sideways. Other reasons include no exhaust to protect overheat, unaccurate manual description such as how to ignition start.

Otherwise it would run like a not-to-expensive car.

i want to increase the perforance of my xg 470 should i get an x can v.2 and i heard that ufo style air filter is the best performance filter but i want an ada racing filter please help!!!

You should put a larger sprocket on the wheel and tranny. Lose some acceleration but gain atleast 7 mph

Hi itwasflaminupgood,

Can you tell me where you got your velocity stack and choke plate? Monsterscooterparts sells one but it is 1.5" centers and xg-470 is 1.25" centers and only sells the velocity stack. Also, where do you buy the x-can exhaust...I googled but didn't find anything.
