Laura Kay, Bocas Del Toro, Panama Bikini Yoga Flow

Enjoying Caribbean view on Isla Colón, Bocas del Toro, Panama. Greased up (to show muscle definition) so didn't want to use my yoga mat, hard landing on that wood! I like to wear little clothing when practicing yoga (I teach fully clothed!) so I can really study my body. I can see my muscles & my alignment, study it so see how I can improve. John Friend says that if you're giving it your best at that given moment, then it's a perfect pose. This flow is hardly text book perfect, but for me at that moment, it was all good. :) Anyway, the G-string is for my educational purposes, not entertainment purposes! But take from it what you will.... Artistic creative freedom of expression just feels good (and censorship dampens the spirit). At age 42-years old, I owe my body, mind, spirit to yoga.
