October 7th Walkout and Day of Action @ UC Berkeley

What's going on Oct. 7th? Last year, thousands of Cal students stood up against budget cuts and fee increases. This year, we rise up against the proposed layoffs of 200 faculty, staff, and workers and other essential services. We stand up for access to an affordable, liberating, and just education for all that is governed democratically by those it serves.
