@avionicswirenut 5-6 cans for one coat on a on my freinds ranger.

@xxWarMonger2xx easy. just use sand paper, but if the rust is heavy or very bad id use a wire wheel on a grinder to take the hard stuff off, then sand it down to semi smooth, not to smooth so the pain will hold on better. for paint id use automotive pain from say canadian tire. not to bad 9 dallors a can. also when finish, if u want paint last longer, add some nice clear coating to it, prolly 3 coats :). enjoy good luck.
