For a couple of years, I hauled my kids to school every day with a two-wheeled trailer similar to the Burley, shown. Takeaway - do-able for 2 kids, up to 5-6 years oldest; OK for 10 minute rides, you'd want to take lots of breaks on actual treking, to avoid trailer-induced fratricide; you pay for what you get. Oh, and for carrying heavy cargo in traffic, I'd go with a Bob ;-) Important PS -the kids LOVED the rides to school (lazy brats ;-)) Check out the related video on my profile...

The single wheel trailers are much better like the Bob Yak or the comparable one made by Yakima. The one wheel version will be much easier to move through traffic.
