Mission 4 Allied.

This is a continuation from my previous video. Watch my previous walkthrough before watching this.

I gather up my army for the assault on the soviet base. It might look like I have alot but I want to destroy their base on my first assault. The thing about Red Alert is unlike Red Alert 2 or Red Alert 3 the AI rebuilds their destroyed structures rather than leave it destroyed. So if I mess up on my first assault I need to re-assault their newly re-constructed base.

Yeah that's one thing I love about Red Alert.

why don't you buy the camo pills instead of the regular pills?

Because the AI can't tell the difference between a regular pill and a camo pill. Therefore buying the camo pill will only cost me more credits.

On the other hand the allies vehicles are faster and cheaper and the build time is significantly lower.

am I the only one who's a little disapointed when the voice doesn't say "unit ready - training" after you finished training riflemen continually?

Ahh... Great times I remember the dialogues from the cutscenes,I've played through this game many, many times. Now I'm playing it in DosBox, cause the win version doesn't work on 64bit system. It's much harder to play in dos mode.

I believe this was the first mission when I learned basing my army on infantry was really a bad idea..I was greasing the treads of their tanks, not fighting them.

I loved the skirmish missions on the Aftermath game, I could build hundreds of riflemen one I got a lot of money.
