  • I'm surprised you didn't play George's beautiful part. Is it because you don't have a Rickenbacker?

  • @MadSpectro7 It's actually because somebody requested this part. And for what it's worth, George didn't play a Rick on this, he played a Strat.

  • Why not use a capo at the second fret? your making it a lot harder than it really is.

  • @sndvl1527 For a start, it's not hard anyway. Also, that's not what John did on this.

  • @sndvl1527 How about we agree on this? George definitely was playing without a capo, because he hits a low E note at the end of the solo, right before the harmonic. And John played like this without a capo on the 66 tour (there's video where you can plainly see this is how he's doing it). So I'm willing to call this one a draw. :)

  • What guitar are you playing?

  • @callum1936 That's a Gibson J200.

  • good sir. you just got 1 more subscriber... me

    keep up the good work!!

  • Lovely job as always- thanks for posting.

  • He doesn't need a capo, I think there's an E chord in there so that wouldn't work with a capo on the 2nd fret. I think he did an amazing job.

  • @privettricker look no capo

  • Capos' are fer pussies...nice tutorial....as always

  • @privettricker Yes we can agree that george did not use a capo because of that low E. The rest of the lead is played with out a Capo as well. However George did not play the rhythm guitar so, John did play with a Capo on the Album. Even if he played it like this live, I was originally talking about the Album Version.

  • @privettricker Didn't say it was hard. I just said your making it harder. And he did use a capo, you can tell he did. If you listen to the Record and how you play it, you can tell that his guitar is in a higher Key, than standard tuning. So he does in Fact use a Capo. The sound your getting is too deep for the Song.
