@Gindelbi Alice is not ugly!!!! >:(
-
@Gindelbi I would. Alice is kick-ass! and quite sexy IMO. seeing her take on huge zombie/mutants is awesome!
-
@Gindelbi the whole game series is based on alice

@DB8ed Ive played Re 2-5. And yeah the movies aren't as good as they could be, they messed up key things like Nemesis (having a change of heart? wtf).
Still I think they are pretty enjoyable if you forget about the fact that they are supposed to be based on the game, they have the idea but took a different direction with the film and added a superhero (Alice), still I think they are pretty entertaining films but not to take seriously.

@Moynul321 That is what killed the movie for me. When I watch a horror film, I want to see the main character at least slightly threatened.

@DB8ed Im a lifelong RE fan, grew up playing the games, and I think it was a beautiful reimagining, I personally would've been pissed if Paul just rehashed the same story from the games. He took the story and made it revolve around one group, the resident evil game story is great dont get my wrong, but seeing how I play the games, I dont wanna see all the same shit when I watch the movies

y do people put their stupid fuckn music on clips like this. make a dislike joke about me im bout to click it.

wow what do remakes always gotta mess up good characters like tyrant and nemesis when woulld nemesis just chase someone down then kill your source of escape wtf
@Killshot953
So you'd rather see an ugly chick with super powers and no connection to the real Resident Evil story kick the crap out of Nemesis in hand to hand combat than a movie that is more relevant to the series?
Okay.

@DB8ed
I like both the movies and the games. I've been a Resident Evil fan for quite some time and I don't think the movies suck at all. Are they loyal to the games? Not really. But were they supposed to be? No. Anderson wanted to make the Resident Evil movies appeal to everybody, even people who weren't fans of the games. Obviously that's where the "mistake" was made. I see the films for what they are and so I can get enjoyment out of them.
