  • As myself customers as just like others, I do paid cable telephone with high speed "unlimited long distance package" for up to $40.00 per month which it is good enough for us all. We already noticed that our bill that we do paid TRS (Relay Service) 13 cents per month. So? But VRI won't be free because it is not VRS???

  • I really like your vlog. Thanks for good information. Many of us are suckers. We need work together to change VRS to serve consumers and use qualified interpreters.

  • When I saw your vlog. I cried cuz I was the very first group of 9 in Datastar. We weren't aware of them took advantaged of us. We suffered a lot of stressful and threats from our bosses. After 90 days They laid off alot except for my 5 first group. We worked til 7/16/09. We worked so hard & bring home barely income and some were no money at all. I hope there is a way for BOTH COMPANIES TO repay to the longest workers thats only 5 longest workers. I am one of them. I have no job since then.
