sewage bursting through the walls

Nero Toxins in the walls being farmed by the owners of the property to create tenant obsolescence- once sick (2-3 month avg.) the health dept. was called in and officially pronounced a clean bill of environmental health- but noted code violations. a week or so later a code compliance officer would enter property to "help" get things back on track- but it was a ruse.... for each time when said unhealthful l complaint came in they would write up numerous violations then remove the power meter for a METER CHECK- and kill the water -thus effectively severing the tenants rights as the city was now in charge-
This case was no different with the exception that the trapped sewage under the slab and the open french drain that was laid in the power service trench was exposed to find the main sewer line hook up- no one came to help- the owners saw it but did nothing- the health and code depts refused to come citing that sewage spills are strictly between the owner and the tenant- they knew that the owner was in neglect and that 1500+ gallons of raw sewage had spewed forth across the floors through walls and siding and was in the open with its foul disgusting puke a dog off a gut wagon stench- i was forced to do the owners job as well as the cites job to fix this public nuisance- the city depts finally came but it was the fire captain on a haz mat 911 call for gas expressions that forced them in- they were pissed and immediately tore into me with insults and banter then with precision threats of financial and possible criminal liability for protecting my family neighbors and passers by from the opportunistic pathogens such as e-coli and mrsa as well as the afflatoxins radiating from the walls and yard from the on going sewage leaks- they pulled my power and water so i could not wash the sewage and fungus from my things the house and the yard as well as myself. They acted as if this was thier personal property and later ordered me to remove all the sewage tainted dirt items everything not nailed down- as punishment- the landlord broke my lease by not helping and code and health enforced the off the books rights violation eviction as they have onsite many times before- hind site is 20/20
