Like some users, i watched this in VCR. And I watched this cartoon many times. I saw some scenes minutes ago and I, as a grown man, still love it. Especially the subtle humor parts (when the Sphnyix lost her nose, which forced the sculptors to remake their little copies of the monument or even the part about they are talking about the dubbing issue)
Oddly enough, it seems that the song played when the villains were cooking a poisonous cake it's quite popular....
