Coming back from my vacation to Alaska, I was on the final leg of the flight. My friend and I flew Continental from Anchorage, Alaska to Newark, New Jersey then Newark to Toronto.

  • you trusted this airline to get you there safely?

  • @TheNikkonish No not really....I had no choice. I booked the flight from Anchorage to Toronto with Continental and the last leg of the flight was flown by Colgan Air. I was pissed off when I saw this on my booking summary but what could I do? If I had a choice I would not have flown with Colgan. Also, I am not flying Continental again. Not only were their planes old and filthy but we weren't served anything from Anchorage to Tor which is almost a day of flying. It was 3 connecting flights btw.

  • Cool vid! What seat were you in?

  • @N734NJ I think I was in 9A

  • Wow, great video!

  • awesome transformer wheel... but seriously i kinda trust prop planes more than jet engine planes

  • @TheNikkonish Rule of thumb, always trust an airline after an accident. For you always fear the ones the never had one. History shows this well

  • @FlightSimTutorials Dude, its not Continental, its the "NEW UNITED" thank them for the shitty no food service

  • @TheEthug I know this.... REALITY!!!

  • wow the graphics are so life like, what game is this.

  • Looks almost like a realistic video game.

  • @FlightSimTutorials if ya booked through Air Canada, they would have put you on a continental flight to Seattle then flown you direct to toronto on an E jet, or through vancouver and a widebody to toronto. (assuming it was the part of the year when air canada did not serve vancouver with seasonal service)

  • @FlightSimTutorials and Colgan offered you what paid for didn't they ? A safe and comfortable flight with modern and fuel efficient aircrafts and highly trained crew...

And continental doesn't have an old fleet... They actually have new generation 737s, 777s, 767s, 757s and ordered 787s...

  • @FlightSimTutorials I'll give you some other things, but Continental has the newest fleet in the US if I'm not mistaken.

  • @TheNikkonish Well you'll be pleased to know that they are not hiring anybody who has more than 2 checkride failures. Additionally, the captain failed to follow company procedures. They train their pilots correctly. And with the FAA/NTSB looking over their shoulder, failures in training will not be acceptable.
