@Rossvegas12345 each to their own, I saw Rory in London 1980 and T.REX 1976, Bolan's concert was far better that Rory, even though I love Rory more to day, Bolan still out shines him

First concert I ever saw: Rory Gallagher opening for (and mopping the floor with) T-Rex at the Multi-Purpose room at the University of Manitoba in 1973. It was the same stage set up as this and opened with Bolan lying on the star and being launched as the star rose from the stage. Alas, T-Rex sucked and were no match for Mr. Gallagher.... :>)

Bolan in decline, too much coke, overweight and running out of ideas, however his good work is all that matters and there is loads of that.
