was a couple of things,
Incorrectly fitted boost controller.
possible leak on the stock intercooler (now has a FMIC)
cracked hose going to the stock boost gauge, allowing air to escape(just on engine side of firewall)
and another sloooow leak on one of the hoses going to the Air-Control-valve
