get an RX for cholestyramine (questran) from your Dr. it will help detoxifiy the herxes. If you can't do this use fiber (psyllium is good).

I keep saying, "This is the oddest disease," because when you are herxing it is so hard to explain to someone else how truly odd and painful it is. I just finished herxing after oral antibiotics (probably the reproductive cycle as you said) and when I read my journal, my handwriting is worse and my evil twin comes out along with a myriad of physical symptoms. I can relate to the video where you lay your head on the toilet seat. The only time us women would do that is when we feel so sick.
