also kind of funny that people act like EVERYONE should know what happens on ellen. pro tip: a lot of people don't watch ellen. some of us were just here for the public humiliation. and not so much the public humiliation of people admitting they watch ellen.

sucks that this is fake. but people really think someone should say yes to a marriage proposal because it's public? because if that's the expectation, it's not really asking. it's saying 'hey, say you want to marry me right now and maybe we'll have a really awkward moment in a couple of days'. plus, saying no in public is wrong, but just breaking off an engagement that everyone knows about is totally cool? seriously, come on.
