Perform each exercise for the recommended time followed by 10-30 second breaks in between sets.
Complete ALL 7 exercises in order and repeat 3 times
Recommended time:
first round: 40 secs
second round: 30 seconds
third round: 20 secs
Perform this workout on Monday and Thursday
Ball Pushup (one legged)
Chin Up
One Arm Band Row (each side)
Shoulder DB Press
Stability Ball DB Press
High Band Row
Tricep Pushdown
