@Jaran911 I never said it did, can you read and understand what I said which was I WISH they'd put the VVTLI back in the knew ones or the Camry's new 2.5 I NEVER said Toyota did it. TOYOTA HAS VTEC O.o Seriously though, I read the comment down there about the lift at 6500? Is it electronically controlled to mix more gas and air or whatever at that rpm?

@mazda6tuner99 It's very similar to VTEC. At 6500 rpms a second set of lobes are activated on the camshaft which increase valve lift and gives a boost in HP.
