Well I'm 17 also and Im thinking about getting this as a starter bike, although im more into the sportier looking bikes like the new ninja 250r. Anyways I was wondering how can you be denied insurance? I think that is against the law.

tnt666tnt-you "rode" just fine. sometimes it takes a while to find the right bike for your "riding" style. Asheeers is a non "rider" because he stated your a "crap driver". Only car douche bags say you "drive" a bike badly. You realy "ride" one.

Just the stock muffler. thanks:) but i actually sold it because NO one would insure me because of my age and the MAKE of the bike:( so now i have a Cbr 125

dont listen to asheers, ur just fine for a beginner. im olny 17 and i own a gsxr 750, little bit of a diff but ive been riding since i was 6. overalll GJ!

holy smokes man thats crazy i'm 17 too this winter im selling this bike i just needed to learn on it then want to get another bike maybe a 1200 buell dont know what its called....
