@etoivola XIX century italian organs in Serassi style (Lombard) have at least 2 "combination pedals": TIRATUTTI (the one in 1:10) which put all stops of "ripieno" (pleinjeu) and COMBINAZIONE LIBERA (the one in 4:18) which put only stops you "prepare" pulling out levers of stop you want. Both pedals work on and off and you can do very nice changes and a lot variety of coulours.. this are really colorful organs even if quite small

Does it have thumb pistons somewhere? I noticed that at 1:10 someone or something threw the stops.

At 1:10 I depressed a combination pedal with my right foot. I can't remember anymore if it was a "preprogrammed" combination pedal ("tiratutti") or if it was possible to prepare the stops that were drawn when the pedal was depressed. Perhaps someone else can answer that.

This organ gave the best of himself during the wedding of my cousin, playing Elgar's "Pump and circumstance" with an ancient trumpet.
