This is an animated video that shows the steps involved in Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). When a fertilized egg has grown to between the 4-10 cells, 1-2 of these cells (known as blastomeres) are gently removed from the embryo using a microsurgery technique. The genetic material (DNA) from the removed cell is then analyzed for genetic abnormalities.

  • Even little bit expensive we tried IVF with this method and were sucessfull, thanks to medical travel czech. We are so happy now !
