The crowd is supposed to pray in the Spirit and help connect to that power and they kept stopping.
It puts the burden on Rev Hinn.
People need to step up and participate willingly.
You can't touch him because you hit the floor if you do.
And I think it dilutes the power somehow.
I wonder when this will be happening in every church every week.

I understand from the Bible that this is being slain in the Holy Spirit. But I don't exactly know what this means. Why would the Holy Spirit 'slain' anyone? What is exactly happening when the Holy Spirit does that? And why does Benny Hinn asked not to be touched whilst he goes about doing the Holy Spirit's work?

Every believer has this same anointing residing within their body. I Corinthians 6:17-19. In fact, it is the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead. The problem is, most don't flow in it due because they have no prayer life, the don't worship in the Spirit, and flow with God's leading. Be careful not to exalt Benny Hinn too highly as he is only God's servant. Many pastors like myself do exactly what you see in this video.
