Sustainable Forest Management trailer

The one hour movie explores sustainable forest management and the FSC certification process. Fire suppression, the role of old growth forests, and watershed protection are examined. LEED Materials and Resources Credit 7 for NC, Schools, and CS is analyzed in detail. Foresters, loggers, and timber industry professionals offer expert advice about the FSC certification process, chain of custody requirements, and design team responsibilities. The course is in a video format and requires audio/video capabilities. Following the course, participants will take a 10 question quiz for assessment. Registered for AIA and GBCI CE credit.
