I like the commercial, but they made doing such editing and what you can do it look so easy. That even a little girl can use it. Yet it takes over a group of twenty people to make something as good as this.

No, just takes a little creativity and know how. Software such as Adobe Premiere Elements can do the editing and green screen work. There is lots of information on how to accomplish this on sites like Creative Cow and Creative Planet 2-Pop.
