Tai Chi teacher Graham Pritchard and a group of his students meet on World Tai Chi Day 2011 to celebrate Tai Chi & Qigong in the lovely settings of the Town Gardens in Swindon.

  • Hi. Im really glad that you enjoyed this video and took the time to add some kind words. The short form is known as the 10 forms of yang style, beijing forms, which comprises 4 particular movements known as the four energies. There is another 10 forms that i know of that is very much different from this one and a longer intro to the movements of yang style beijing forms. Thanks again :-)

  • just felt very peaceful watching the graceful movements enhanced by the beautiful music. What was the name of the first short style shown on the video? A lot of practice has gone into this I'm sure. Lovely.
