Hi. Im really glad that you enjoyed this video and took the time to add some kind words. The short form is known as the 10 forms of yang style, beijing forms, which comprises 4 particular movements known as the four energies. There is another 10 forms that i know of that is very much different from this one and a longer intro to the movements of yang style beijing forms. Thanks again :-)
