@Condom007of007Solace Usually when an heterosexual speaks out against homosexuality it's hate speech and they are opinions no body else will agree with. And it doesn't affect you in any way so I don't know why heterosexuals should raise attention on it or try to voice their opinions.
@gg11375 You have it quite backwards. American notions of natural rights gradually moved across the border into canada poisoning our legal system culminating in the charter of 1982. We now have a judicial oligarchy that decides moral issues. You have the same legal oligarchy yours just happens to be more conservative.
@TheLaughingOut There's this guy, in Canada, I forgot his name... He was just meerly giving opinions about why gay is wrong, just meerly, without any hatred, by writing one or more books (I'm not sure of this).
Lets just say, the gays "ganged up on him", sueing him, he's been imprisoned for a while, and his trial is still going on.
So, you were saying that we're allowed to voice our opinions on why homosexuality is wrong?
@Condom007of007Solace Freedom of speech is complicated. You can't say absolutely anything you want. Canada has a much more sophisticated version of free speech than the USA.
You're free to hold the opinion that homosexuality is wrong, you are allowed to voice that opinion, but you're not free to spread the hatred of homosexuals. This is why the Westboro Baptist Church isn't allowed to do their picketing up here.

@Condom007of007Solace Oh, so some guy, whose name you don't remember, may or may not have written books, and is now in prison and is still on trial.
Yeah, I'm convinced.
If you were right then anybody who published the bible would be sent to prison.

It's stupid that most of the time that like when a gay sues someone that is voicing up their oppinion on why gay is bad, the gay always win.
This basically means that positive feedbacks on gay is allowed, anything negative, anything against gay, even the slightest... the law disapproves it.
I thought Canada's a country of freedom of a speech huh? Why can't homophobes have the freedom to voice their opinions??
The gays are unfair.
