Yes, it's pretty slow, but I like it anyway. She makes it to have sense this way, and her voice is always so rich and so beautiful! And I don't think she lacks expression at all.

I think Violetta is really tough role for anyone, because it goes from Lyric Soprano to coloratura in a matter of minutes. I've seen Fleming do Violetta at the Met and it was absolutly brilliant. Netrebko's debut in Vienna as Violetta was absolutly fabulous as well. I prefer early Netrebko, before she had her children.
