@Chillacella1 it gets much more complicated and dangerous when your in a game and a 210 defender is just looking for someone to pick up a gb with the wrong technique so they can literally be sure you dont bounce back up.

ok every1 knows how to scoop up a ground ball u have to bend your knees and drop ur backhand u figure it out after the 1st day of lax if u mess up ur coach tells u. The main resaon y ppl mess up while trying to scoop up a ground ball is their afraid that the other guy thats going for the ground ball is going to hit u. It happens all the time instead of bending their knees they stand up and hope they get the ball. The ppl on the team that arent afraid to get hit always scoop up the ball.
