2007 Honda Pilot Start Up & Test Drive - 69K ( WOT 0-60 )

Starting up a 2007 Honda Pilot LX and a quick test drive with 0-60 and kickdowns..

I actually liked this. Seats were soft, ride was soft but stable, acceleration was decent for what it was. The 5 Speed Auto worked well. Lots of storage compartments. The radio in these LX models do scream Eco Value tho. I do kinda like this style pilot a bit better than the current Boxy 1.

@hornetkiller4 Base price is $28K but it really depends in the area you live in. Go to Honda's website, search the Pilot, you may soon be asked to enter your zip, the You build the Pilot in the form you want. Trim levels, options & etc. And you'll get a more precise quote from there.

I really dislike the interior of this, all hard plastic (nothing can be pulled apart, however).

back seat and far back aren't as comfortable as the front seats are, and besides some leather and cloth, there is nothing soft or non-fatiguing on the door panel.

the car has a smooth powerband, probably because of a lack of low-end torque (shifts at 3000-3500 under lightfooted driving) however it's fast on the top end, can win a shit load of races.

ride isn't really soft, but is very decent

my dad is thinking about buying a 2003 with a vtech and it is FAST we were spinning out tires at 25 and drifting and it was awsome!

These have no low end all the power is around 5k

the pilot is alot better than the highlander...performance, quality, over all value. i had the choice of buying either 2008 model and I went with the honda pilot and i love it. it's such a powerful truck and the acceleration on it is a whole different world.
