  • After reading your comment from a video of a guy doing 1000 lb leg press, I am a bit biased (dislike) against you. However, one thing i'd hate to see anyone get is injured. Yes you break parallel (good job) except for the last one, but your form is just visually unpleasant. The whole swaying thing is bad. Keep "Strict" form and watch the knees from buckling. Also,yes leg press ain't shit, but there are several reasons why people put it up. They are proud...leave them alone and do your own thing.
