according to Amazon, the DVD was released in 2004, which probably means that the interview was done around that time----as an extra for the DVD. This article mentions that the DVD has a new interview with Beals, which I think is this one:

@zenlife28 Beals divorced Rockwell in 1996 and married Ken Dixon two years later. She and Dixon have a daughter, Ella, born in October 2005. Beals also has two stepchildren from Dixon's previous marriage.

"In the soup" was released in 1992. So, this interview should be shot around that year or a little bit later.
