Apologies for the sound quality on the Queensryche tracks. Not up to my usual standard. The bass drum level was giving the camera's mic all sorts of problems.

@heavymetalleprechaun Nope. The odd sound is the bassdrum being so high in the mix from the PA that it caused the mic on my camera to clip horribly. Makes the drum kit sound very odd. Not much I could do about it unfortunately :(

High Voltage had problems with the PA all afternoon on the Saturday and the balance for Ryche had the drums above everything else. What you hear is just artifacts of bass frequencies that overloaded my camera.

yes this is a classic case of bad sound techs or a very bad recording either way you can still see the band getting it still

Im pretty sure hes referring to Tates backing track that he lip synchs to not a backing track of the band.

The Cant you..... calling lines that are piped in. Have been for 15 years the rest is all live

@bracknellexile its not the PA, its deaf PA technicans that think loud equals good sound. im a frequent visitor of a certain music hall in vienna that mainly runs hard rock gigs, and you notice the good technicans. Its gone so bad lately that i started to write rants to the managements. we pay for that! Sometimes the location manager cant do anything about it, but they started to have a local technican on standby if its that worse because of decreasing reputation

A good set marred by the technical sound problems on the day, Hopefully I'll get chance to see them again sometime and they'll not have sound problems.
