In chronilogical order, you'd have to do Adventure(Zero, remember?), Adventure 2, Heroes, Shadow, and Battle before Advance 3(you do know why I included Battle, right?) You've already done the 1st 2, and are almost done with Heroes, so I can hardly wait for Shadow and Battle.
