Australia isn't very restricted with games; it is a common misconception and often circumstantial. For the most part we are on par with America with ratings and in game visuals, and in some cases we actually rate games lower than what they are in other countries. :)
For instance, I bought this game from EB Games and it is exactly the same as what we see in your videos :)
