Short on Time? Try this 15 minute Energy Boosting workout and blast away at your fat stores. Perform 20 repitions of each exercise. Once you have completed all 5 exercises take a 30 second rest then start again. Repeat for a total of 3-4 rounds.
The Exercises
1) Speed Skater
2) Reverse Lunge, Front Kick
3) Reverse Lunge, Jump Knee Raise
4) Deep Squat, Leg Abduction
5) Explosive Tuck Jumps
