Stainless works Long tube headers with cats. Some states these are not legal, check with your local laws. I am running a K&N cold air intake, SCT XCal3 tuner from JDM Engineering (they did the tuning). I also added the cams ( Ford Racing Hot Rod 3V cams).  The truck is much quicker now, in that video it was not tuned and running 87 octane fuel. I am now running 94 octane with a tune. I will try and get another video.

hi i have 2009 F150 5.4L. i want ask you ? what kind of the long tube headers? and its legal or not? did you put cold air intake or your engine? and did you programed you computer? pleas replay me coz i will buy the parts coz my truck from 0 to 60 8.4sec and your truck like 7 sec may this difference frome headers and exhaust only? thanks
