fidedigno5, sorry guy but you're wrong, I just used the "Record-a-call" function a couple of minutes ago on a call. I can only record in-bound calls and not out-bound calls. So maybe that's your problem.
Google has disabled/eliminated temporarily(?) the "ListenIn" & "Record-a-call" features. These were the best things about this service, formerly known as "GrandCentral". gOOGLE will probably cite legal concerns as reasoning for the time being...or perhaps its a tech issue I don't know what the problem is. Any legal issues regarding these features are easily addressed. Anyway, the guys at GrandCentral could not resist the insane amount of money Google offered them and so they, sold out!
