@TheSindergi I agree ... HIP sentenced her to a year isolation in house arrest for smoking a cigarette, forbidding her only friends contact with her. That is overly cruel ... and would be seen as child abuse in the US. Had they just suspended her for three months, and given her some consuling, perhaps the second incident may never have occured.

I hope you are 17 and make a little mistake like drink a beer ... and your parents ground you for a whole year, and are not allowed out of the house, and not allow any contact with any of your friends. I bet after just one week you'd be bawling and throwing a tantrum like a baby in the middle of the floor, screaming child abuse!

I think you should stop pretending like you know everything that happened. She suffered consecuences for what she did. She wasn't a NORMAL TEEN so stop saying that xD And it's not like she let it get to her. She's doing fine now, geez lol

@supahwicked She didn't trip an old lady or steal candy from children ... She smoked a cigarette. Japanese teens smoke cigarettes on the street in full view of the police every day. It is not something you lock someone up under house arrest for a whole year for ... particularly when it is done by those who are SUPPOSED to be acting as your guardians and looking out for you. H!P just locked her up and acted like she didn't exist. She should have, at least, been given some counseling.

@kenlo77 all the more reason then, lol, she was an IDOL. she had a CONTRACT. she wasn't just some teen smoking. She had to suffer some serious consecuences because she did something that seriously damaged her career and that of her company. I'm not saying it's right or wrong or if she felt good or bad. I would have felt like shit, you're right, but she did something she knew she shouldn't have done. All I'm trying to tell u is that's WHY it had to happen lol
